Your workspace allowance and every paid seat’s £3 allowance go into one pool. Occasional users leave more for the people who need it.
Unused included usage carries into the following month, capped at one monthly allowance. Carried usage is spent first and expires at the end of that month.
Smart routing chooses a suitable economical model. Premium models consume more of the same balance at their published rates.

The pooled allowance covers eligible text-model usage. Voice, meeting capture, images, video and hosted execution have separate metered charges and limits shown before use. They are not unlimited or included in the text AI balance.
